LIABILITY RELEASE – By attending with Host “Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon”, (hereinafter referred to as the “Workshop, Seminar, Intensive”) I acknowledge that it is not without risk. I agree that the Host and its heirs, agents, employees, guest or assigns will not be held liable for injury, illness, accident or other related problem(s) arising from the Event. I also agree to hold Host and its heirs, agents, guest, employees or assigns harmless in the event I suffer personal property theft or loss while attending the Event. I understand that the directors of Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon, are not licensed counselors, therapists or physicians and
that all activities and exercises that I participate in during the Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon workshops are deemed experimental and are in no way intended to replace professional medical treatment. I agree to participate in the Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon workshop at my own risk and release Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon from all responsibility & liability.

I HEREBY RELEASE – discharge, and covenant not to sue Love Recon, Love ·n· Life Enrichment and/or Life Recon, directors, volunteers, guest and employees, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises, on which the Workshop, Seminar, Intensive, takes place, (each considered one of the Releases herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releases, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Releases, from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as a result of any such claim.

KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION – I have read and fully understand the contents and legal ramifications of this Liability Release, Assumption of Risk and Arbitration Agreement. I understand that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and I sign it of my own free will. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
